This project is listed in the 2008-2009 Educational Facilities Plan.  The award of a construction project in excess of $25,000.00 requires School Board approval. 

The bid opening was held Thursday, April 2, 2009 at 2:00 p.m.  The project had five (5) bidders and all bidders met the bid requirements.

IBFF, Inc./Maxxim Construction, the low bidder meeting specifications has withdrawn their bid; therefore, Hager Construction Company, Inc., the lowest, most responsive bidder meeting specifications is awarded the base bid in the amount of $17,550.00

The low bidder meeting specifications, Hager Construction Company, Inc. had a total bid award of $17,550.00.  The funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Plan.
